Schedule a pickup on your preferred day, we collect your laundry from your home, professionally clean it with premium eco-friendly detergents, and deliver it back fresh and ready to wear within 24-48 hours. No drop-offs needed.

We currently serve Hudson, Bergen, Passaic, and Essex counties in Northern New Jersey. Check if your address is in our service area when booking, or contact us at hello@washerly.com to inquire about expansion to your area.

What's a "bag"? One bag = 1 standard 13-gallon kitchen trash bag (same size as your kitchen trash bag).

Pricing: On-demand (single pickup): $24.99/bag + $6.99 service fee per pickup. Weekly subscription (4 pickups/month): $21.99/bag — service fee waived. Biweekly subscription (2 pickups/month): $23.49/bag — service fee waived. The more you commit, the more you save. No hidden fees — everything is transparent at checkout.

We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If any item is damaged due to our negligence, we'll either rewash it at no charge or provide compensation. Contact us immediately at hello@washerly.com with photos, and we'll make it right.

If you're not satisfied with your first order, we'll refund it in full. For subscription cancellations, you can cancel anytime with no penalty. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.

We cannot wash: Comforters/down duvets (unless specially marked washable), leather or suede items, formal dry-clean-only garments, delicate silks (unless specified), items with beading or embellishments that may be damaged, swimwear with elastic deterioration, shoes, accessories, and items in need of stain removal beyond standard washing. Health & Safety: We cannot accept items with evidence of bed bugs, fleas, roaches, biohazardous materials, or excessive pet hair/odors. Please let us know about any special care instructions when scheduling pickup.
